Passion for ProMarkers Challenge DT Card

Hi there everyone and thanks for stopping by today. Well it's Tuesday today so that means we have a new challenge for you over at Passion for ProMarkers where this it’s Denise’s turn and she has chosen ‘Teddy Bears Picnic’ (use an image with a teddy).

And here’s the card that I came up with.

The adorable image is ‘Cuthbert Skiing’ from Pollycraft and I’ve coloured him using my AquaMarkers from Letraset.

The DP is a mixture of Dovecraft and Tim Holtz Ideaology Lost & Found which I got from the Crafty Alley.

The snowflakes I made myself using the Spellbinders Create A Flake 1 Dies which I sprayed with adhesive glue and then sprinkled white and silver glitter.

Whiff of Joy DT – Sneak Peak

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. Today I have another sneak peek for you from the gorgeous new Christmas Collection that will be available from 1st September at Whiff of Joy.

This adorable image I have used for my card is Henry Christmas Mouse and I’ve coloured him using my AquaMarkers from Letraset. I have inked around the edges using Faded Jeans distress ink.

The DP is Dovecraft (I think) from a few Christmases ago.

The snowflakes I made myself using my Spellbinders Create A Flake 1 dies and then spraying with adhesive glue and then sprinkled silver and white glitter.

Whiff of Joy Challenge DT Card, Sneak Preview & A DT Call

Hi there everyone and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Wednesday, so that means we have a new challenge for your over at Whiff of Joy Challenge blog. This week we have a fabulous sketch for you to follow.

Here’s the card that I’ve created following the sketch below

The adorable image that I’ve used for my card is from the new range of Christmas stamps created by Alison Acton called ‘Sammy’s First Christmas’ and this will be available from Whiff of Joy from 1st September 2010. I’ve coloured in Sammy using my ProMarker pens and if you would like to know how I’ve coloured him in, I’ve done a tutorial over at the Whiff of Joy Inspirations Blog.

The DP that I’ve used is DCWV Christmas Stack that I’ve had for ages now and I’ve distressed the edges and added silver glitter to the edges.

The snowflakes I’ve made using the Spellbinders Create a Flake 1 dies and then stuck some gems in the middle.

The sentiment is also included in the ‘Sammy’s First Christmas’ stamp.

Here’s my card that I’ve created using Deb’s sketch

The adorable image that I’ve used for my card is Hannah from the new fairy range of stamps from Wags n’ Whiskers and I’ve coloured her using my AquaMarkers from Letraset.

The DP that I’ve used is from the August Kit from the Crafty Alley and I’ve inked up the edges using clear embossing and then sprinkled Gold Glitter embossing powder and set it with my heat gun.

The snowflakes I’ve made using the Spellbinders Shapeabilities Create A Flake 1 die which is available from the Crafty Alley using plain white cardstock. Then I sprayed adhesive glue to each flake and sprinkled over silver and white glitter and then glued a blue gem into the middle.

The flowers I made myself using the Spellbinders Nested Pointsettia which is also available from the Crafty Alley.

Whiff of Joy Challenge DT Card

Hi there everyone and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Wednesday, so that means we have a new challenge for your over at Whiff of Joy Challenge blog. This week we would like you to make something for the home – a door hanger.

And this is what I came up with a door hanger for a nursery. I’ve used the gorgeous Willow Holding Baby image from Whiff of Joy and I’ve used my AquaMarkers from Letraset to colour it in.

The door hanger I made myself using old cereal boxes glued together and then painted it with Dried Marigold Distress Crackle Paint which is available from the August Kit from the Crafty Alley.

The DP is also from the August Kit from the Crafty Alley along with the butterfly, brass button and the key embellishment.

The roses I made myself using my slice machine and the ticket sentiment I created myself on my pc.

Truly Scrumptious DT Challenge Card

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Wednesday so that means we have a new challenge for you over at Truly Scrumptious and this week we have a fabulous sketch for you to follow that has been created by the boss lady herself Sharon.
