Wags n Whiskers Challenge DT Card

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Friday so that means we have a new challenge for you at Wags 'n Whiskers. This week's challenge is hosted by myself and for this challenge I want you to have a 'Distressing Time' - distress your papers. As usual, one lucky winner will receive 1 free Wags 'n Whiskers stamp of YOUR CHOICE!! Just remember that you must use a Wags 'n Whiskers stamp in order to be entered into the drawing.

For my card I've used one of the digi images from Wags n Whiskers which are being released today from the Spring Time Fun range. To give the image a little depth, I've added some texture to the t-shirt and shoes using Paint.net and then coloured it using ProMarker pens. The 'Just for You' sentiment I added myself onto the image.

The DP I've used is from the June kit from Crafty Alley and I've distressed the edges using just scissors.

The stars I made myself using my slice machine.

I've followed a fabulous sketch from Sketch n Stash so I shall enter my card there as nearly everything on this card is new.

Now with more digital images available from Wags n Whiskers you have no excuse now to join in with our challenge.

    Great distressing - love the colours. Sorry haven't had time to take part these last couple of weeks , but am looking forward to the new release and hopefully having a go this week
