The papers I used are Dovecraft and the image is Dottie from Dottie's World. I've coloured her in using my Promarker pens and white inkksential pen for the highlights. The flowers are cut out using Cuttlebug asterix dies and then coloured in using my promarkers. The sentiment I created on my pc and added it to the image before I printed it out. TFL x
LOL!!I would never have thought of using that image for this challenge, but paired with that sentiment it's perfect. I wouldn't dare step on speaking scales, not on your nellie!
