Some exciting news & a sneak preview

Good morning everyone and hope that you had a lovely weekend. Before I show you my sneak preview, I just wanted to let you in on a little secret. As some of you may already know that I design papers for Whimsy Stamps and recently Crafts & Me, weeeeeellll I’ve decided to branch out a bit further and I’ve opened up my own Etsy shop. The grand opening is this Friday 4th April and myself along with a bunch of very talented crafters will be showcasing my products over the next few days.

To celebrate my new venture I will be offering giveaways all this week on my Facebook page, so make sure to like me :0)

So today I’d like to showcase ‘Floral Elegance’ digi papers that will be available from 4th April 2014 as an instant download and I’ve inked the edges using frayed burlap distress inks.

Also on my card I’ve used the envelope template, tag, ticket, paper bow, flower and sentiment that are from the Floral Elegance Elements kits that also will be available from 4th April 2014 in my Etsy shop.

Thinking of you card–Crafts & Me Philomena

Hi there everyone and hope that you had a lovely weekend. Today I’d like to share with you my latest card using the Philomena Digi Paper, Insert & Element Set that is available from Crafts & Me.

I’ve printed the designs out using paper that is 120gsm and I’ve inked the edges using Frayed Burlap.

Another Christening Card

A Christening Card–New Beginnings

Hi there everyone and hope that you’re keeping well. Today I’d like to share with you a Christening card that I’ve made for a friend.

The papers I’ve used are from the New Beginnings 6x6 paper pad from Whimsy Stamps.

The mini envelope was made using the envelope die which is available from Whimsy Stamps and the rosebuds are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The sentiment I created using Photoshop and the lace is from my stash. If you want to download the sentiment all you have to do is click on the picture then save as.

Another Card To Share

Hi there everyone and hope that you all had a good weekend. Today I’d like to share with you a card that I made for a friend.

I blurred all the writing that’s on the front of the card because I have all the baby’s details on there :0)

Finally a card to share and a freebie for you

Hi there everyone and hope that you’re having a lovely relaxing Sunday. Today I’d like to share with you a card that I’ve made using some of my latest DIGI products that is available at Crafts & Me.

The papers that I’ve used are from the digi set Love & Romance and I’ve re-sized them accordingly so that I don’t lose any of the design. That’s the thing I love about digi papers not only do you NEVER run out of your favourite designs but you can re-size them and the quality is not affected.

I’ve also used on my card one of the sentiments that is included in the digi set. After I printed it out onto paper that is approx 160gsm, I glued it onto a piece of scrap cardstock and then cut the shape out. I’ve also used the paper bow template which is included in the Love & Romance Favour Box Design 5.

The rosebuds are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the other flowers are from the Philomena Favour Box templates. If you like the flowers that I created you can download them here and all I ask is that you leave a comment and tell other people about my little freebie :0)

OMG I didn’t realise that I’ve not posted on here for such a long time but I’ve been so busy with designing papers that I completely neglected blogger. New Releases for November–Cupcake Box & Good Times 6x6 Designer Paper

Good morning everyone and hope that you’re keeping well. Today I’d like to share a couple of projects with you that I’ve made using my brand new Digital Printables Collection that is available at Whimsy Stamps.

 

To create this cupcake style box I used Frosty Night Cupcake Box template from the Digital Printable Collection. I created these templates with the designs already on them so that they repeat on every corner.

For the embellishments I used all the elements that are included in the kit.

And here is another cupcake box that I created using Vintage Christmas Cupcake Box from the Digital Printables Collection at Whimsy Stamps.

The flower I made using the coloured Poinsettias that is included in this kit. I’ve also used one of the coordinating tags along with a ribbon sentiment.

To close the top of the box I used a large piece of ribbon and tied it into a bow. I also added a pearl for the centre of the flower, a pearl hat pin to attach the tag to the box and added some gems for some bling.

Christmas Time Papers–Merry Christmas

Hi there everyone and hope that you’re having a great weekend. Today I’d like to share with you my latest card.

The papers that I’ve used are from my latest designs for Whimsy Stamps called Christmas Time and I’ve inked the edges using Tea Dye Distress Inks.

The Pointsettia flowers I created myself in Illustrator, printed them out and then used scissors to cut them out.
