Skater Ben Sneak Preview - Whiff of Joy

Hi there everyone and hope that you're all having a wonderful weekend. I've managed to squeeze in a bit of crafting time today and made another card using the gorgeous new stamps that will be available as of tomorrow (1st February)

 

This time I decided to use the adorable Skater Ben and I've coloured him using my ProMarker and AquaMarker pens.

The DP is a mixture of Whiff of Joy and Tim Holtz and I've inked the edges using Brushed Corduroy.

The brown tag that I used is also part of the designer papers from Whiff of Joy and all I've done is made up a key using my quickutz die and then tied it to the tag.

I've also used my slice machine to cut out the stars and the letters to make up SK8R. I've used Brushed Corduroy to stain the white cardstock and then in the centre of each letter I've used liquid pearls.

Whiff of Joy Sneak Preview

Hi there everyone and hope that you've had a good week. Today I'd like to show you another card that I've made using the gorgeous new stamps from Whiff of Joy that will be released on 1st February.

The gorgeous image that I've used for my card is called 'Nora with Songbirds' and I've coloured her using my ProMarker and AquaMarker pens.

The DP is also from Whiff of Joy which will be released on 1st February also.

The flowers and butterflies I made myself using my slice machine.

For my card I've used the adorable 'Ben in the Rain' and I've coloured him using my ProMarker and AquaMarker pens.

The DP is Whiff of Joy and I've distressed the edges and then inked them up using Brushed Corduroy. Below is a sneak peak of the front cover of the Designer Paper.

Hi there everyone and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Wednesday so that means we have a new challenge for you over at Truly Scrumptious and this week we have a colour combo for you which is Pink, Brown & Green.

The gorgeous image that I've used is Fragile Beauty from Sugar Nellie and this is the first time that I've ever inked her up even though I've had it for about a year now (I know shame on me ;0)) and I've coloured her using my ProMarker pens.

For my card I've used the adorable 'Sweet Valentine Ben' and I've coloured him using my ProMarker and AquaMarker pens.

The DP is Tim Holtz and I've distressed the edges using my scissors and then inked them using Brushed Corduroy ink.

To achieve the design on the navy strip of cardstock I've used the gorgeous 'Curly Hearts' border die from Whiff of Joy. I've also used the pennant die and the 'Cute Hearts' die which are both from Whiff of Joy.
