PFP Challenge DT Card

Hi there everyone and thanks for stopping by today. Well it's Tuesday today so that means we have a new challenge for you over at Passion for ProMarkers where this week it's my turn to set the challenge. I've created a sketch for you to follow along with the theme of 'Make Your Own Flowers'

For my card I've used the Butterfly Fairy image from Sketching Stamper and if you want to see how I coloured in the image I've posted a tutorial over at the Passion for ProMarkers Weekend Workshop.

The DP is a black and white digital download which I've printed onto coloured paper. I've distressed the edges and then inked them up using Tea-Dye distress inks.

The flowers and butterflies I made myself using various dies and punches.

Spesch Designer Stamps Mothers Day Release DT Card & Friday Sketchers

Hi there and hope that you're having a fabulous weekend. Today I'd like to show you a card that I've made using the gorgeous new Mothers Day image that has just been released by Specsh Designer Stamps.

For my card I've followed a fabulous sketch from Friday Sketchers so I shall enter my card there.

This gorgeous image can be used not only for Mothers Day but also for a New Baby also. I've coloured the image using my ProMarker pens and if you're interested in how I colour my images, I've done a tutorial here.

The DP is a mixture of Papermania and Dovecraft. I've distressed all edges and then gone around them using Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dabber - Pearl.

For around the image I've used clear stamps and ProMarkers to soften the edges a bit.

The flowers I made myself and the butterflies have been punched out using glitter cardstock.

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Wednesday so that means we have a new challenge for you over at Truly Scrumptious and this week and we have a fabulous sketch for you to follow

The butterfly I made myself using my quickutz die, then punched flower shapes in the wings and then inked the edges with the gold paint dabber.

The bunch of flowers was also in my DT kit from The Crafty Alley and the flower on the left hand side I made myself using various punches.

Exciting News, Friday Sketchers Challenge & The Crafty Alley Challenge

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. Well I've been bursting to tell you this, but a few days I got an email from Tracey Feeger from Spesch Designer Stamps asking if I would like to join her DT. Well I thought long and hard (about 3 seconds, LOL) and quickly replied back before she changed her mind.

I couldn't wait to get started on these gorgeous images, so here's the first card that I've made.
