Passion for ProMarkers Blog Hop & Whiff of Joy Sneak Peak

To celebrate the change of Design Teams from team 2 to team 1 both teams have participated in a blog hop. I’m sure you are as excited as I am as there are lots of lovely goodies up for grabs!! We also have a few new faces on the design team so I hope you will leave them a nice comment to welcome them.

If you are joining in the Blog Hop, have you hopped over from Julies’, if not I'm afraid you're going to have to go back to the beginning, which is at Passion for Promarkers challenge blog. Our blog hop challenge will last for 2 weeks so you have plenty of time to enter your card (or cards) and hop around the whole design team.

Our challenge theme for the next two weeks is “old & new” i.e. a brand new stamp/digi with old papers etc. Please can you tell us your old and new items in your post. Don’t forget to use your promarkers or aqua markers to be included in our prize draw.

For my card I’ve used this adorable stamp from Whiff of Joy and will be available from 1st December and I’ve coloured them using my ProMarker and AquaMarker pens.

The items that are old that I’ve used on my card is the DP which is Tim Holtz and also the lace.

The flowers I made myself using my slice.

You also have a “mystery word” to find and my contribution is the letter “R”. Make a note of my letter and then proceed to Nic for the next part of the hop. If you get lost on the hop at all just return to the challenge blog for full directions.

For my card I’ve used the gorgeous Rhiannon and I’ve coloured her using my ProMarker and AquaMarker pens.

The DP is by Prima and it’s called Fairy Flora and I’ve distressed the edges and then applied Frayed Burlap distress inks.

The flowers I made myself using my slice machine and the lace is from my stash.

I’ve left it quite simple as I didn’t want to cover the gorgeous paper too much.

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Wednesday so that means we have a brand new challenge for you over at Whiff of Joy Challenge blog and for this week we have a fabulous sketch for you to follow which has been created by the very lovely and talented Tara

We also have some sad news. Tara has decided to step down from the team :0(. Tara has been an amazing inspiration to us all and we're sure you will miss her gorgeous creations as much as we will.

For my card I’ve used one of the gorgeous stamps from the ‘Let us Adore Him’ October Store Stamp Kit and I’ve coloured it using my ProMarkers and AquaMarker pens.

The sentiment is also from the ‘Let us Adore Him’ kit and I’ve also used the fancy shape stamp along with the matching die to cut it out.

Hi there everyone and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Friday so that means we have a new challenge for you over at the Wags n Whiskers Challenge blog. This week’s challenge is set by Tracy and she would like you to use acetate, vellum, or tissue on your card.

For my card I’ve used the gorgeous Angelica from Wags n Whiskers and I’ve coloured her using my ProMarker and AquaMarker pens. I’ve inked around the edges using Brushed Corduroy distress inks.

Here’s the card that I made following the sketch below. I flipped the sketch around so that it would fit in with the image that I wanted to use which is ‘Dancing Willow’ from the City Girl range of stamps from Whiff of Joy.

For my card I’ve used the gorgeous ‘Angel Delivery Christmas Tree’ from Whiff of Joy and I’ve coloured her using my ProMarker pens.

The DP is DCWV Christmas Stack that I’ve had for a few years now and I’ve distressed the edges and then inked them up using Frayed Burlap distress inks.

Another Whiff of Joy Sneak Peak

Hi there everyone and hope that you’re enjoying the weekend. Today I’d like to show you another card that I’ve made using the gorgeous new stamps from Whiff of Joy that will be available from 1st November.

The image I’ve used for my card is called ‘Angel Boy with Trumpet’ and I’ve used my ProMarkers to colour him in.

The DP is a mixture of Papermania and Dovecraft which I’ve had for a couple of years now.

The sentiment I’ve used is from the Winter Blessings Stamp kit and I’ve also used the fancy shape from the Seasons Greeting stamp set. Then I used the Fancy Shape die cut which is also from Whiff of Joy to cut it out. I’ve then attached it to one of the new scrolls from Whiff of Joy that will be available from 1st November and for a bit of bling I’ve used some i-rock gems.

For the snowflakes I’ve used the new snowflake die cut from Whiff of Joy which will be available from 1st November and again I’ve used the i-rock gems for a bit of bling

Wags n Whiskers Challenge DT Card & New Rules

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. Well today is Friday so that means we have a new challenge for you at Wags 'n Whiskers. This week's challenge is hosted by the very lovely and talented Angelique and she has chosen the theme ‘Black & White’.

We are so excited to announce that we have now opened up the challenges to ALL stamps!!
It is no longer a requirement to use a Wags 'n Whiskers image on your card. But there will be a separate prize if you DO use a WnW image!
Starting this week, one random participant will win a Wags 'n Whiskers Rubber stamp of their choice.
And any entry using a Wags 'n Whiskers image on their card will be entered into a drawing for a free WnW Digital stamp of your choice!!

Therefore, anyone who uses a Wags 'n Whiskers image will be entered into both prizes of a rubber stamp and a digital stamp!!
The only requirements are that you link directly to your challenge project - not to the main page of your blog. You must have a new project (no back linking). And you must link your card to the challenge post.

Guest DT Card For ABC Challenge & Truly Scrumptious DT Card

I was so pleased and surprised when I received an e-mail last week from the very lovely Vicky, asking me if I would like to be a Guest designer on this fortnights challenge at ABC Challenge. Thank you so much Vicky and the rest of the team at ABC for inviting me.

The Challenge this fortnight is F for Flowers, and if you have visited my blog before you know that I LOVE to make my own flowers, so this challenge is right up my street.

Also today we have a new challenge for you over at Truly Scrumptious where we have another fabulous sketch for you to follow with the optional theme of making an easel card.

 

For my card I thought that I would use this adorable image from Magnolia. I’ve had this stamp for a few months now and I’ve only inked her up a couple of times (I know shame on me, LOL). To colour in this little cutie I’ve used my AquaMarker pens from Letraset.

The DP I’ve used is a mixture of Making Memories and Prima, I’ve then distressed the edges and then inked them up using Mahogany AquaMarker and a sponge.

The flowers I made myself using various dies.
